Construction

The construction of the building is monolithic with reinforced concrete construction. The provided materials meet all modern requirements. The building is thermally insulated and with modern PVC windows. There are places for air conditioners on the facade.

Roof – reinforced concrete slab, vapor barrier of polymer-bitumen membrane, thermal insulation of extruded polystyrene (XPS) – 10 cm, polyethylene foil, reinforced slope screed, two layers of waterproofing bitumen membrane, granite.

Facades – The design of the facades is solved as a combination of mineral plaster “CAPAROL” and HPL panels with wooden flader. The railings of the balconies and terraces are solved with a metal decorative lattice of wrought iron in black matte color. The terraces are highlighted in white and space is provided for the outdoor units of the air conditioners.

Underground parking – The approach to the underground parking will be carried out on covered ramps. It will be executed and handed over in the following form: floor – polished concrete flooring, basement walls – visible concrete, ceiling – reinforced concrete slab.
