  • WALLS

Exterior walls – 25 cm Wienerberger brick, complete thermal insulation system, including expanded polystyrene EPS and CAPAROL silicone plaster. Internal walls – brick “Wienerberger” 12 cm, gypsum plaster and putty;

  • CEILINGS

The apartments – gypsum plaster and putty

  • FLOORS

On apartments – cement screed; On terraces – finished with frost-resistant granite; roof terraces and terraces on the top floor – completed by project with frost-resistant granite; On sanitary premises – reinforced concrete slab and screed;

PVC windows REHAU – 5 chamber with double glazing with K-glass; Entrance doors – of the company “SOLID” with natural veneer, height 2.10 m,

  • INTERCOM INSTALLATION

The intercom installation will be performed secretly with FTP Cat.5e wires, drawn in flexible PVC pipes after the EC. The intercom system will also connect the external entrance of the building.

In the entrance hall of each apartment will be installed audio intercom and a button to open the electric lock. An intercom speaker will be installed at the main entrance of the building – on a common board with the bell buttons.

TELEPHONE INSTALLATION AND COMPUTER NETWORK

Telephone and LAN posts are provided in each apartment and office, as well as in the store. They will be connected to the building switch cabinet via an FTP Cat cable. 5e. The cables to each subscriber will be drawn in flexible corrugated pipes from each floor box.

  • CABLE TELEVISION INSTALLATION

There is a TV installation for each apartment and office, with the possibility of connection to cable TV. A central TV distributor (amplifier) ​​will be installed on the ground floor.

The installation will be performed covertly with radio frequency coaxial cable RG6 -75 Ω / m, drawn in flexible PVC pipes by the EC.

The delivery and withdrawal of a TV cable in the laid free PVC pipes from the distributor in the basement to the respective EC will be done by the respective cable operator.

  • LIGHTING AND POWER INSTALLATION

The lighting installation is powered by a separate circuit on the respective panel and will be controlled with ordinary, serial and deviator switches for concealed installation.

All rooms have one or more lamp outlets, which end in a hanging socket (outlet for ceiling light, pendulum or chandelier of choice). In the bathrooms and toilets there are exits for waterproof sconces and ceiling lights. Output for the single-phase fans for the bathrooms, which will be started by means of ordinary or serial switches, together with the lighting.

The contacts are provided according to Ordinance № 3, namely: in the rooms – 1 contact for every 4m2 floor area, in the kitchens – 1 contact for every 2m2, and in the corridors – 1 contact for every 6m2. They are distributed up to 6-7 pcs. per circuit, except for the power supply of kitchen stoves (2.5kW), boilers (2.5kW), washing machines (2.5kW) and dishwashers (2.0kW), which will be on separate circuits.

All contacts will be with a reset terminal. The boilers will be switched on by means of boiler boards, according to art. VII-1-39 of Ordinance № 3. The apartment boards will be installed at a height of 2.2 m from the finished floor, the switches – at 1.0 m, the contacts in the rooms – at 0, 4 m, and the kitchen sockets – 1.2 m from the floor. An exception is the socket for a cooker, which will be installed 0.5 m from the floor.

The lines to the sockets for stove, washing machine, dishwasher and boiler panel will have a cross section of 3×2.5 mm2. The lighting lines have a cross section of 1.5 mm2.

  • WATER AND SANITATION

A cold water meter is provided for each apartment, as well as the necessary fittings for it. The water meters will have terminals for remote reading. The horizontal distribution network to the devices will be laid hidden under a plaster with a thickness of 2 cm.

  • HEATING, VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIONING

The heating is solved with air conditioners and for each room in the apartments will be laid pipe connections, with the possibility of future installation of air conditioners (without installation of indoor and outdoor unit). For each apartment there is an opportunity for future installation of a gas boiler for heating and water heating for domestic use. Installation of aluminum radiators, pounds, gas boiler and individual gas meters is not provided.

  • YARDS TO DWELLINGS ON THE GROUND FLOOR

For the maisonettes on the ground floor, the yards will be separated by a metal fence, and landscaping will be done.
