The construction of the buildings is designed as a monolithic, beam.

• ROOF

The buildings are designed with usable flat roof, which will be implemented as follows: reinforced concrete slab, vapor barrier of polymer-bitumen membrane, thermal insulation of extruded polystyrene (XPS) – 10 cm, polyethylene foil, reinforced slope screed, two layers of granite hydroto .

• FACADES

The design of the facades is solved as a combination of mineral plaster “CAPAROL” and HPL panels with wooden flader. The railings of the balconies and terraces are solved with a metal decorative lattice of wrought iron in black matte color. The terraces are highlighted in white and space is provided for the outdoor units of the air conditioners.

• WATER SUPPLY

The supply of the buildings with water for drinking and household needs will be from a street water supply system. The water will be supplied to the floors through vertical water supply branches (VVK). A cold water meter with remote reading is provided for each apartment.

• SEWERAGE INSTALLATION

Domestic and rainwater is taken to a cesspool. The drainage of the roof from rainwater will be by means of flat roof funnels. The drainage of condensate from the air conditioners will be connected to the drain pipes, which are insulated with thermal insulation on the facade.

• UNDERGROUND PARKING

The approach to the underground parking will be on covered ramps. The underground parking will be completed and handed over in the following form: floor – polished concrete flooring, basement walls – visible concrete, ceiling – reinforced concrete slab.

• WAREHOUSES / TECHNICAL PREMISES

Walls and ceilings – plaster, floors – polished concrete
